Rex Messam

Originally from Nassau, Bahamas, J. Rex Messam has called Turks & Caicos home since 1992. He spent nearly two decades in hospitality, holding senior roles at Paradise Island Resort & Casino, Grace Bay Club, and Royal Bay Resorts. He later transitioned into real estate with Prestigious Properties Ltd., now part of Engel & Völkers, becoming a respected advisor in the luxury market. A strong believer in community service, Rex has been a founding director and Vice Chairman of United Way Turks & Caicos since 2018.
