Monique Luis is the Senior Vice President of Development and Residential Services at Grace Bay Resorts, where she leads luxury residential projects, manages homeowner relations, and drives development initiatives across the brand’s prestigious portfolio. Originally from South Africa, Monique has called Turks & Caicos home for 20 years. During this time, she has actively contributed to local community efforts, including involvement with the Provo Children’s Home Build Group. With a proven track record in real estate development, hospitality, and guest service excellence, Monique has played a key role in elevating the Grace Bay Resorts brand. Passionate about community development and dedicated to service, Monique brings a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and a commitment to social impact.
