Under Mark’s leadership, Grace Bay Resorts has evolved into one of the largest hospitality and development companies in the Turks and Caicos. The company now holds ownership and management interests in four premier luxury resort properties—Point Grace, West Bay Club, Rock House, and the Private Villa Collection. These properties collectively generate nearly $100 million in annual revenue and employ over 600 team members. In 2023, Grace Bay Resorts expanded its footprint through a strategic partnership with windward Development.
