Joe Zahm

Joe Zahm is the President and Broker of Turks & Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty and a Board Member of United Way TCI. A U.S.-trained attorney, Joe has been a leader in TCI’s real estate and development sectors for over 30 years, playing a key role in many of the islands’ premier projects. Also, a musician and philanthropist, Joe wrote and produced local classics like Beautiful by Nature and led initiatives such as “Enriching the Lives of Youth with Music,” which funded a music studio at the Edward C. Gartland Youth Center. Through his work and creativity, Joe remains dedicated to empowering local youth and giving back to the community he calls home.
