Chairman
Mark A. Fulford is the Chairman of United Way Turks and Caicos Islands (UWTCI). He is also the Managing Partner of F Chambers Attorneys-at-Law and one of the country’s leading legal minds, with deep expertise in constitutional law, public policy and corporate governance. A senior attorney with strong community ties, Mark leads UWTCI with a commitment to educational advancement, social equity and sustainable development.

My goal is to help strengthen the organisation’s reach and accountability, while amplifying the voices of those too often unheard. At United Way TCI, I focus on driving real, measurable impact. That means expanding literacy programs, empowering youth through mentorship and education and building strategic partnerships with government and the private sector. I’m especially passionate about initiatives that create access to opportunity and long-term resilience for vulnerable communities.
